I was playing on surf_apotheosis_v2, we were in a sentry nest J2 and this guy HeadShoted whole Blue team while he was inside Jail.

U must place the 3 archives in TF2 main folder.

Type in console "startdemos cheater"; then push Shift + F2 ; in Goto black square enter 5000 (it jumps to 1:15).

To have a better view type "r_drawviewmodel 0"

As u can see on 1:18 he kills "Racca the Little Killer" and then in 1:20 he kills me
(His rifle's laser dot is perfectly visible on my head), then if u keep looking at Right Top "Death info squares" u can see how he keeps killing J2 people.
